Presentation of our Estate

We have been winemakers from father to son for many generations.

We are proud of our family traditions that we have continued while giving ourselves modern techniques to ensure

the fine quality of our wines.

We are a family estate which manages 21 hectares (52 acres) of vines on the hills overlooking the river Cher in the

Touraine AOC area.

Our annual production is around 1200 hectolitres.

Our vineyard is well established, situated for the most part on sandy soils with a variable quantities of flints

(gunflints) which give characteristic taste to the wine, classically for the Sauvignon.

The other part is on flinty clay and limestone soils which gives the wine its robustness. The sub soils are composed

of flinty clay.

All our vines have a varied exposure from southeast to southwest to enjoy maximum sunlight.

We practice sustainable farming : method based on the vines and its environmental requirement.

We harvest the grapes mechanically for the main part. The wine is vinified in stainless steel vat, with precisely

controlled temperature during fermentation.

We grow our wines and bottling ourselves with greatest cares.
